Customer demand communication and drawing confirmation
Customers contact us via email, phone or online platform to provide relevant product drawings, quantities, material requirements and other technical specifications.
Verify information : We verify the drawings and requirements provided by customers. If there are any questions, we will communicate with customers in a timely manner for confirmation.
Quotation and confirmation
We provide a detailed quotation within 36 hours (working days), including product unit price, delivery time, payment method, shipping method and other detailed information.
If the customer has any adjustment requirements (such as quantity, material or others), we will re-quote according to the new requirements.
Customer confirmation : After the customer confirms that the quotation is correct, we both agree on the specific terms.
Order confirmation and contract signing
After all the details are confirmed, both parties sign a contract to clarify product specifications, delivery time, price, payment method, etc.
If there are special requirements (such as quality standards, packaging requirements, etc.), they need to be clearly stated in the contract.
Advance payment (30%) or letter of credit
Customers pay 30% advance payment or provide Letter of Credit (LC) as the basis for order confirmation.
Once the advance payment or letter of credit is received, the order enters the production stage.
Production arrangement and progress confirmation
Arrange production according to customer requirements, and carry out material procurement, process planning, and production plan scheduling within the specified time.
Progress tracking : Regularly report progress to customers during the production process and promptly notify customers of any abnormalities or adjustments.
Sample confirmation (if necessary)
If the customer requires production samples or needs to verify product quality, samples will be made and sent to the customer for confirmation before production.
Sample confirmation : After the customer confirms that the sample is correct, formal production will begin. If the sample needs to be modified, the sample will be readjusted until the customer is satisfied.
Production and quality control
The formal production stage begins, and strict quality control is carried out during the production process.
After completing production, final quality inspection and testing are carried out to ensure that all products meet customer requirements and international standards.
Quality Report : Provide detailed product inspection reports or quality certification to ensure customers’ trust in the final product.
Logistics arrangement and delivery date confirmation
Confirm the final transportation plan according to the delivery method specified by the customer (FOB, CIF, etc.).
Determine the delivery date and arrange logistics transportation. Confirm the shipping date, freight method, etc. with the logistics company in advance.
Receive payment (remaining 70%)
The customer pays the remaining 70% before production is completed and ready for shipment.
According to the contract requirements, customers can choose to pay by wire transfer, letter of credit, etc.
Shipping & Tracking
After the remaining payment is completed, the shipment will be arranged and the relevant shipping information and tracking number will be provided.
Customers can track the status of goods in real time through the tracking system provided by the logistics company.
Customer confirmation of receipt and after-sales service
After receiving the goods, the customer confirms receipt and provides feedback as needed.
If there are any quality problems or other abnormalities, we will handle them according to the after-sales service terms to ensure customer satisfaction.
Settlement and after-sales follow-up
After confirming that the transaction is complete, both parties settle and close the order.
Post-sales follow-up : After the product is delivered, follow up with the customer regularly to ensure they are satisfied and understand the product performance. This helps build long-term customer relationships.
